MEET THE SELECTION COMMITTEE

Aly Dudek
Aly Dudek represented Team USA at both the Vancouver and Sochi Winter Olympic Games, earning an Olympic Bronze medal in the 3000-meter relay. After her athletic career, Aly pursued her love for adventure travel, working with Backroads, an elite active travel company. She curated and led global biking and hiking excursions, refining her ability to understand client needs and create exceptional experiences.
Now living in Park City, UT, with her husband and two dogs, Aly channels her expertise into luxury real estate and development with Christie’s International Real Estate and ParkCityRealEstate.com. She also launched her own business specializing in second-home management and remodeling, helping clients extend their mountain lifestyle beyond the transaction.

Stephen Garbett
Stephen Garbett is a world-class athlete who spent over a decade competing at the highest levels of international sport. As a Team USA skeleton athlete, he has earned podium finishes across North America, Europe, and Asia. His relentless drive, elite training, and strategic mindset propelled him to success in one of the most physically demanding sports in the world. Beyond his accomplishments on the ice, Stephen’s dedication to excellence extends beyond the world of sports.
Today, he works closely with family offices and private consulting, leveraging his experience in leadership, strategic partnerships, and business development to drive success in competitive industries.

Katie Uhlaender
One of the most accomplished skeleton racers in American history, 5x Olympian (‘06, ‘10, ‘14, ‘18, ‘22) Katie Uhlaender made history at the 2022 Olympics by becoming the first woman in the sport of skeleton of any nation to compete in five Olympic Games. Her career spans two decades, experiencing adversity, heartbreak, and unprecedented success.
Uhlaender is currently training for the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics, looking to become the first woman ever to compete for Team USA in six Winter Olympic Games and bookend her impressive career in the same host country as her Olympic debut 20 years prior (Torino ‘06).

Dr. Rebecca Decker
Dr. Rebecca Decker is the Chief Operating Officer of Bluestaq, an enterprise software company and four-time Inc. 5000 honoree. She leads corporate and people operations. Previously, she launched Southern Colorado’s first space tech accelerator and served as Executive Director of Catalyst Campus, a nonprofit aerospace incubator.
Her career includes program management and business development roles at Boeing, BAE Systems, and General Atomics. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing. Rebecca serves on several education and tech advisory boards and mentors startups nationwide.
As a member of the athlete selection committee, she is committed to empowering Team USA athletes to pursue excellence without financial barriers standing in their way.
