The Next Lap Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized in the State of Colorado.
We have submitted an application to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and are currently awaiting a determination.
